Greg is the best realtor we have ever worked with ! He responds very quick , he always answers any questions , he takes time to make sure we understand each steps well . We highly recommend him if you look for a realtor who is friendly , reliable , thoughtful and works hard to make the house purchase experience as easy as possible .. as it is very stressful .

My wife and I have had a phenomenal experience working with Greg and Moreno on our recent home purchase. As first time homebuyers and given the competitive San Diego real estate market, we were initially overwhelmed with the entire home buying process and what to expect. From day 1 Greg stepped in to thoroughly explain every step of the process and to navigate us to our ultimate dream home. Greg took the time to understand our specific style and preferences and was extremely proactive in helping to identify potential houses that met our criteria. He was extremely diligent throughout the entire process, and made himself available 24x7 for any questions via phone, text, email, or zoom - often replying within a matter of minutes. He gave us his honest opinion at all times and never once pressured us into any decisions. It has been great experience working with Greg Amat and Moreno Gombia for buying our first home. As a first-time home buyer, we were very overwhelmed by the home buying process especially in the tough buyers’ market. Greg and Moreno have been very patient with us and explained all we needed to know to help make our home buying experience as stress-free as possible. Either Greg or Moreno always accompanied us during every home visit and explained condition of the home and what immediate repairs home may need and what would it take to submit winning offer. Greg and Moreno were always available throughout Escrow process, home inspection and always provided prompt responses to our questions. Even after close of Escrow, to make our move as smooth as possible, they provided us with vendor recommendations. Greg and Moreno are an incredible dream team that pay attention to every detail and take the time to explain everything you need to know to help make your home buying experience as stress-free as possible!

When my husband and I decided to embark on the adventure of shopping for our dream home we knew it was going to be a challenge because we had no idea where to begin or scratch the surface. We met Greg first and right away my husband and I felt a positive connection, Greg was so friendly we really appreciated that he was so engaged in learning about my husband and I as a couple and what we were trying to accomplish, and he did not skip a beat! Shortly after we met Moreno, also incredibly friendly and insightful, and what can I say but to this point we knew we had a strong team to represent us. One of my favorite details that I appreciated about Greg and Moreno is they take the time to study your likes and dislikes which made it so helpful when they shared feedback and great ideas about potential homes that we would like, AND they are incredibly organized! I love, love, love when they would present us with our tour sheets with the timeline and all the information we needed to be informed of the homes we were going to see that day. Thanks to their charm, efficiency, resourcefulness, patience, and most of all their awesome sense of humor, we were able to lock in our dream home and we are forever grateful because this market can be a doozey! The Compass team is so darn lucky to have Greg and Moreno represent on their behalf. We started looking in late February and now closing 2 months later 6/2, so yeah…. Greg has been a terrific realtor especially for first time home buyers. He was extremely patient with us and would gladly explain all steps related to a home purchase as well as answer all of our questions in details. He was even able to give advice and share recommendations on things related to home maintenance without being prompted! Greg is always extremely responsive as well as polite and professional in all of his interactions with us and other parties. He went above and beyond to assist us in the home purchase even with issues after close of escrow and continues to do so. If you are looking for someone who is not trying to rush you and is genuinely there to assist you in finding your exact needs then Greg is your guy!

They were knowledgeable, efficient, prompt and explained the process with detail and patience. They made the process seem effortless. My wife and I are first time home buyers and we consider ourselves fortunate to have met Greg on one of our pre-covid open home visits. Since then Greg never gave us a chance to look for another real estate agent. We genuinely recommend him for any first time home buyers.

Greg was extremely competent, timely and patient with us. He educated us as we visited different homes on what to look for, what to avoid, and what can be overlooked. He was honest, respectful and more importantly always available. His recommendations with lenders and inspectors have been top notch. Our home search process was long and tiring and Covid didn’t help the situation. Greg was always there with a smile, a greeting and came prepared with our copies, and proper PPE.

Moreno came into the picture as we chose a home and started escrow. Either Greg or Moreno were always there to check on things, coordínate inspections. Moreno was knowledgeable in judging what is serious and what is not so serious about the condition of the home. They got multiple quotes for all repairs when needed and even for some nice-to-have upgrades we were planning.

All in all Greg and Moreno are not just real estate agents that help you find your dream home, they are indeed agents that go above and beyond to make sure they provide you the service you really deserve.

I am so glad to find Greg to sell and buy my home. After visiting over 10 open houses, I found 2 outstanding open houses which were well prepared and attracted a lot of people, and realized the 2 open houses were done by Greg and Moreno.
I decided to work with them and now I know my decision was right.
They are an excellent team not only as realtors but also as persons. They have always answers for my naiive, often silly questions and concerns. They always made my stress level lower.
They are also responsible, completive and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend Greg for whoever are looking for trustworthy realtors.
