About Greg

Greg first obtained his real estate license in 1990 and has been a full-time agent his entire career. In addition to being the Broker/Owner of Realty ONE Group Unlimited he is also the Mid-Atlantic Regional Director of Realty ONE Group Affiliates controlling franchise growth and development in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington D.C. Greg entered the real estate brokerage side of the business in 2010 when he took over control of a local independent real estate company merged it into another national franchise and in three short years built a company that closed 1000+ transactions and over $210M in sales. He later sold his franchise in the summer of 2014 to pursue the opportunity to become the Regional Director at Realty ONE Group and open the first sales center east of the Mississippi River. Greg is also the creator of the CertainSale program that has guaranteed the sale of over 1400 homes throughout the region.

Greg lives in Lancaster and has two amazing daughters who are current students or past graduates in the school of business at the University of Pittsburgh. He loves the outdoors and is at home on a trail the side of a mountain or next to a stream. He has degrees in Psychology from Millersville University, a Master’s in Business Administration along with graduate certificates in Project Management and Corporate Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University. He has spoken extensively about his travels his work and his career including a once in a lifetime opportunity to speak about Opportunity Innovation and Entrepreneurship to business students in the Cathedral of Learning at the University of Pittsburgh with his two daughters in attendance.
