Greg Berardi has been Selling and Investing in Real Estate for about 26 years. He continues to partner and carry his Real Estate License with his long-term employer/friend Win Morrison, Win Morrison Realty although In March of 2021 Greg branched off, expanded, and opened his own Real Estate Brokerage (Berardi Realty).
In Greg’s extensive real estate career, he has personally closed thousands of real estate transactions with gross sales far exceeding $300M.
Greg is recognized as a one of the major leaders in the industry, in the Mid-Hudson Valley, covering Ulster, Greene, Columbia, Orange, Sullivan and Dutchess Counties, with commercial sales extending to NYC. His career in real estate began about 26 years ago. In 2020 & 2021 Greg closed over $55+ million in both residential and commercial MLS and Non-MLS sales. He continually earns awards year after year for being the top or one of the top producers in Ulster County. In 2016 Greg was recognized as Ulster County’s Top MLS Real Estate Broker out of 600+ agents.
Greg is one of the few brokers that specializes in both Residential and Commercial transactions, and it is known to be an expert and authority in both. He lists and sells all ranges of low to high end residential properties along with complex commercial buildings that require detailed mathematical evaluations. He has a dedicated team that helps him make sure all properties get the attention and marketing that they need to assure the quickest closing time at the highest price.
Locally born, raised, and educated in real estate and business administration, Greg continues to support his community through his work and personal investment projects, sometimes partnering with other local influencers. Greg’s family roots infiltrate the Mid-Hudson Valley with their leadership in businesses including plumbing/heating, transportation, restaurants, and other professionally licensed businesses. Greg’s expertise goes beyond commercial and residential sales. He oversees many aspects of all real estate needs involving property management, fix and flips, land subdivisions, new/rehab construction, financial investment strategy, expediting approvals with municipalities, and planning & execution of development projects. He has personally been responsible for the sale of some of largest properties in the region.
