Greg Flaherty is the Broker/Owner of Re/Max Coastal Properties and CEO/ President of Penny Realty, Inc. Greg has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1990 and licensed Corporate Real Estate Officer since 1995. Greg has over 25 years of experience, consistently serving his clients well as he tenaciously pursues his client’s best interests.

As the Broker/Owner of Re/Max Coastal Properties, Greg oversees and manages the activities of 30+ Top Producing Real Estate Agents. For the year 2013, Re/Max Headquarters has awarded Re/Max Coastal Properties with the award for “Outstanding Brokerage Office of the Year” for the California and Hawaii Region. Since 2005, Re/Max Coastal Properties has been the top producing Real Estate Brokerage Company in both Mission Beach and Pacific Beach in terms of Listings Sold and Total Real Estate Sales.

The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing has recently awarded Greg the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Greg was immediately admitted to the organization as a member of the Million Dollar Guild. Members of the Million Dollar Guild are Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists who have documented their success in assisting affluent buyers and sellers with million dollar plus properties. In 2015, Greg was selected as a member of the Re/Max Hall of Fame.

Greg has received a Masters Degree in Business Administrations (MBA) from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administrations (BBA) from the University of San Diego. He also has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (C.C.I.M) designation granted by the National Association of Realtors.
