Greg Gilbert

Greg collaborates with both buyers and sellers. Greg thoroughly enjoys clients as each is a new challenge and a new opportunity to make a new friend. First time buyers are especially rewarding, and Greg as done a lot of work within the 55+ community as well.

Greg has made Colorado his home for last 25+ years. Originally from the Philadelphia area Greg graduated from Villanova University and moved out here for "1 year" to fulfill a dream of teaching skiing at Vail. That was November of 1993 Greg is still here. Greg moved to Denver in 1996 and worked for 20 years in the corporate marking world until Greg decided to become his own boss and venture into the world of real estate. Greg grew up in a realtor household and so joining his mom (40-year Realtor) in 2015 at Coldwell Banker and forming The Gilbert Group was a natural and successful decision. They work throughout the Denver Metro area with a focus on the North Metro area.

Personally, Greg lives in Erie with his wife of 19 years and their 12- and 15-year-old daughters. Both of his daughters are fantastic softball players on highly competitive travel softball teams. When not working a lot of his time is spent as a proud Dad in the stands cheering on his girls as they pursue their goals and dreams. Greg is an avid skier and 25-year Ski Instructor at Vail. With what little free time Greg has after all of this, he enjoys long rides on his road bike, the occasional adventure on my mountain bike, staying fit, hiking with his family, and the all too occasional round of golf. Colorado is a great playground.

Although Greg ventures into many areas his primary focus is on the Denver North Metro area - Erie, Broomfield, Thornton, Westminster, Frederick, Lafayette, Brighton, Dacono, Firestone, Arvada, and Longmont.
