Imported from outside Date of Service August 2014 Greg was always very friendly & went above and beyond to answer our questions or provide additional information. The first house we attempted to buy did not end up so great but Greg stood by us every step of the way and did everything he possibly could to make the end result favorable for us. We ended up not getting the first home and Greg was ready to start the search again with us immediately, he did everything we asked and provided a wide variety of homes for us to look at. Greg is very knowledgeable about home buying and found us the home we wanted. We would definitely recommend Greg to any home buyer.

I wish a agent could follow you , I would choose Greg every time to list and sell our home , he is attentive to no end ,helpful and just simply good , I could have used one of the biggest companies , but just talking with Greg, when he said he would work hard , you know he meant it. Use him to help you list and sell, you will not be disappointed.

IMPORTED FROM OTHER SITE, DATE OF SERVICE JUNE 2014 We were looking at houses at 9pm and clicked the interested button and it linked us to Greg. Immediately he responded back via text (the other houses that we clicked “interested” in took the agents over 2 days to get back with us). We set up a call for the next day and I was very impressed with him. He found out what we wanted over the phone and proceeded to look for the house we wanted in the price range we could afford. We are 1200 miles away and getting relocated to the Vancouver area for work, so going and seeing listings was a challenge for us. Greg went out of his way to help set up houses to view and my wife flew up to look. He picked her up at the airport and in a 6 hour period of time he showed her 4 houses. We ended up liking one of them and made an offer. Greg was extremely helpful with the paperwork and explaining the process (first time home buyers). He worked closely with us getting the right deal and negotiating with the sellers. He even met and supervised the home inspection and appraisal. Greg went back to the house to make sure the repairs were done from the home inspection and even sent pictures to us. Purchasing a house from 1200 miles away Greg made the process painless and I could not have asked for a more helpful and genuinely nice individual throughout the process. I highly recommend using Greg for your home buying experience.

IMPORTED FROM OTHER SITE DATE OF SERVICE DECEMBER 2013 Greg did a great job with my purchase. Initially he took my criteria and we looked at several properties in the area. He never gave me any pressure and was patient. After a few properties, we had a discussion about my criteria and he helped me refine my expectations based on his knowledge of the condo market in Vancouver. After we refined the criteria, we found several properties that fit and we made several offers. Greg was very quick to communicate with me and the seller's agent. When we did get an offer accepted, Greg was present for everything to include the home inspection. Greg was present for contractors when I was not available. Greg helped me find the best mortgage rate by referring me to a local lender. Great experience all around!

The home we ended up purchasing was a short sale. It took months to finalize. Greg's responsiveness and communication as he walked us through the process was Invaluable. His patience and negotiating skills were second-to-none! We are so pleased with our home and value of it. I really can't express the how great job Greg did as our agent. I highly recommend him!

Prior to moving up to Vancouver, I clicked on Greg's link on Zillow and received a call back that day. I am so lucky that I happened to choose such a great realtor. From our first phone conversation to the signing of the documents on our new home, Greg has been there every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable about the area, very prompt in getting back to me when I had questions and very willing to listen to what my husband and I needed in a home. Our move was very quick as my husband started a new job. We had very little info about the area or even what we were looking for. The first time out, Greg showed us various levels of properties within our price range. This was incredibly helpful in helping us narrow down the neighborhood and style of home we wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend him!

mported from other site Date of Service October 2014 Greg was absolutely great since the first time we met him when we started our house hunting process. Greg was on top of things at every step in the process We got into a contract with a 'Renovation Mortgage' with only 51 days forward to close. We had a tough time finding a contractor as we were totally new to the process and there was quite a bit of learning curve in the whole 'Renovation Mortgage' process but he was great. When we were approaching the deadline with no contractor in sight, he managed to make a strong case for us with FNMA in giving us an extension on the contract by another three weeks or so. After being in the escrow for over 2 months, we finally closed the loan we wanted in time and it was a happy ending. We would highly recommend him to anyone that's looking for an agent in the Vancouver/Camas area
