Greg Herder is a Certified Residential Broker (CRB) owner of MegaAgent Realty he is also the CEO of GregHerderTraining.com and MegaAgent.com. Greg Herder is recognized as the real estate industry’s foremost authority on personal marketing branding and marketing for real estate agents. Many including Realtor® Magazine credit Herder as the pioneer of personal marketing as applied to the real estate industry. Greg has personally coached and designed the marketing/advertising campaigns of many top agents and real estate companies throughout the US and Canada. Greg graduated cum laude from California State University (CSUF) with a BA in psychology and earned his MBA from the University of California Irvine (UCI). He is currently a part time Professor at California State University Fullerton, where he currently teaches Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Finance. He is actively involved in the Orange County Association of Realtors and has served as an elected director on their board as well as being a member of the strategic planning committee. He also sits on the Board of Directors for NewKey Mortgage Company.
