Greg Karl has been my Realtor for over a year now and he never ceases to amaze me. Being that I hold a California real estate license myself, I have very high expectations and was very surprised that not only has someone met them but exceeded them. The most recent thing Greg helped me with was selling my condo and purchasing a foreclosed town home! Thanks to Greg being straight forward and honest and not just telling me what I want to hear, my condo sold in 9 days! My husband and I highly recommend Greg as a realtor!! Our family was relocated from NC to TX in spring 2011. Our home in NC was hit by one of the April 2011 tornadoes just when we were getting ready to move. The original realtor we had was critical, condescending and negative. Greg was the realtor we then decided to work with and he has been excellent!! He is constantly in contact, stays on top of every detail, he goes above and beyond, he is honest and upfront, and he is proactive and anticipates what will need attention. Due to the tornado we had many repairs before listing and listed as we were leaving NC. We have had complete confidence and peace leaving Our home in Greg's care. He has provided us with much peace of mind in what could have been a very unsettling episode.
