Greg is simply the best. We were in the market for a new house for about 6 months and Greg stood by us the entire time. He would show up to showings early just to take look around on his own. He is incredibly knowledgeable in this field and would tell us straight up if something didn’t look right. Greg is the best person to have in your corner throughout the home buying process. He takes the time to understand what you're looking for, goes out of his way to make sure you understand the details of the process so it's less daunting, and is incredibly receptive to discussing the pros and cons of one property versus another. He even drove through a snow storm to get to my home inspection when I couldn't make it and was very diligent in making sure I understood the condition of the property!

What really sets Greg apart from other realtors (navigating a snowstorm aside) is that beyond just the transaction itself, he cares deeply about his clients ending up with a property they are happy with--to that end, he gives you his honest opinion when viewing properties, even when it is disadvantageous for him to do so. His complete candor, wealth of knowledge, and proactive process management skills make him an incredible person to work with. He's someone you can unequivocally trust.

I consider myself really fortunate to have worked with Greg and know that he'll be the first person I turn to if I'm ever in the market again to buy or sell property. I can't recommend him highly enough. When you have a constant stream of people writing multi-paragraph 5-star reviews about their realtor, you know they're the real deal. We were really lucky to be referred to Greg by another very happy client and friend. As 4th time out-of-state home buyers with a fairly aggressive timeline in an extremely competitive market (along with 2 very young children in tow), we had a lot of variables to manage, and Greg did exactly that with professionalism and grace every step of the way. He showed us on Day 1 that finding our family a home was his priority, and the guidance he offered throughout the process was solid and timely. Being first time home buyers, we went into the process with a lot of questions and anxiety about the process of buying a new home, especially in the super competitive post-COVID market. Luckily, we found an agent that had the answer to every question we had, before we even asked it.

Greg was fantastic from day one. Not only did Greg quickly identify the type of house we were looking for (before we even knew our type), but he also started to narrow down our search based on schools, commutes and the overall community. From just a couple days of driving around to potential homes in various areas, Greg knew what we were looking for and started to funnel our search into appropriate properties.

Regarding the actual homes, I was thoroughly impressed with Greg's general knowledge of home structures. He was quick to point out warning signs in houses we loved, and explained in detail the cost and time it would take to correct possible problems. From windows, roofs and flooring, to sewage and well dates, Greg kept us very informed on hidden costs certain properties had that my wife and I did not recognize.

Finally, Greg's attentiveness and timeliness throughout the process were fantastic. Greg was great at finding properties that he thought would interest us, setting up viewings, and getting us to the finish line when we finally did find the perfect house. By we, I mean Greg. He sent us a message late one night for a house that had just popped up, and recommended that we go view the house the next day. 3 days later, our offer was accepted!

We simply could not have asked for a better experience from our agent, from day 1 through closing. He continues to reach out months after closing to check in on our progress, showing his commitment to the entire home buying process, not just finding a house and moving on to the next client. We don’t even know where to start with how great Greg was! From the beginning of the search right through to closing day, Greg was there to guide us and inform us the whole way. My husband and I happened upon Greg through a Zillow showing and are so incredibly happy we did. We have met many realtors on our journey to find our dream home, and Greg is absolutely the best of the best. He is professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive (nights, weekends, holidays, you name it). What drew us to Greg initially was the fact that he wasn't pushy or trying to sell us on anything. He took the time to get to know us, understand our vision, and gave us time to think, learn the market, analyze our options, etc. He always made himself available and worked around our demanding schedule when making appointments to see homes. When we finally found our home (after about 10 months), we wanted to put an offer immediately on the same day after seeing it. Greg made it happen with superb coordination between us and the seller's agent. He worked late into the night of the same day to negotiate terms, etc. and in the end he got us our house in one day! He then worked closely, guiding us through all of the paperwork between signing the contract and closing. All in all, I would recommend Greg to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell their home - you just can't go wrong.

Greg spent a a lot of time with me and my family to find the perfect home. It was my first home purchase and he sometimes took us multiple times to see a house we were interested in before making an offer. He is patient (never pressuring us to make a decision before we were ready) and diligent (always doing the background on questions we've raised before so he'd be ready to answer them for the next house), which makes it easy to trust his knowledge and recommendations. He provided excellent advice on how to handle everything from making an offer to closing and his quick and complete responses to questions reduced a lot of the anxiety that can come with making such a big decision. We worked with a mortgage broker based on his recommendation who was equally knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough.

Greg's kindness and friendliness also went a long way with my family. In the course of that year, we got to know Greg's lovely family as well and he and his wife joined us for a celebratory lunch on closing day. We expect to stay in touch, even though we're no longer in the market for a home. If we're ever in the market again, we'll be going to Greg. We highly recommend him.

We are very fortunate that we were able to find Greg to help us with both. Working with Greg to buy our first home was a wonderful experience! My husband and I happened to meet Greg at an open house and we clicked. He "got" what we were about and what we were looking for in our first house. Throughout the search Greg was very involved. Greg showed us the houses we found on Redfin and Zillow, but then would throw in a few houses we hadn't considered. It was a house that he suggested that we ended up buying!
