Greg is an absolute legend and skilled professional that could not have done more to help me in the process of purchasing my first home! He helped me find the perfect location, style and price for my condo and worked diligently to make sure I got what I was looking for. Even through hiccups and hurdles in the process, that were NO FAULT of Greg's, he was right by my side pushing to get deadlines fufilled on the tight schedule that I was shooting for. I could not be more grateful to have been able to work with Tiffan Equity and I will never be choosing anyone else to help me buy a property in the future after working with Greg!

My wife and I moved to Colorado and were looking at purchasing a home after staying at a short term rental.
We chose Greg as our realtor to help us buy a home. From day one, Greg was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and really cared about our needs. He would go above and beyond numerous times, and communicated timelines, hiccups, etc. every single step of the way.
Greg is an expert when it comes to contracts. This was a major selling point for us as we wanted someone who actually cared about the details. If you want your homebuying process done right, choose Greg. You will be happy that you did. He made a process that's usually stressful so smooth. We came out of the process more knowledge and confident as homeowners, and Greg really helped us find such a beautiful home.

My experience working with Greg was great. I chose him to be my realtor because I trusted that he was working for me and not just a salesman working for himself. I liked working with Greg because he provided great information and always anticipated my needs. He was helpful throughout the process of selling my existing home and buying a new one, and he made the process comfortable and enjoyable. We worked as a team and with the same goals in mind. Greg stuck with us during out 2.5 year search for a home. We started our search in the south and then moved to the north. He always made time to meet us at a home on our schedule. Best of all, Greg definitely represented us as buyers in a professional manner and looked out for our interest. I highly recommend Greg. This is our 10th property purchase over the years and he's the best agent we've worked with!

Greg did an absolutely fantastic job selling our house in Highlands Ranch. Greg had sold a neighbor's house and they highly recommended him. So when it was time for my wife and I to relocate in December 2022, we contacted Greg who embraced the challenge and ran with it. He was instrumental in getting the house ready to sell. He recommended a contractor for some minor repairs, a painter, a house cleaning company, and a stager. Greg communicated constantly throughout the process and I never had a question where we were or what was happening.

Our house was on the market for a grand total of one week and we closed almost exactly one month later.

I can't tell you how thankful we are for all of Greg's hard work and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor.

It was a pleasure working with Greg Tiffin when we returned to Littleton, Colorado. We knew he was the realtor to contact after he sold our home in only 3 weeks 8eight years prior when we were transferred to Florida.

Working with Greg was a real pleasure. He was not only very knowledgeable about the market and the properties available in the price range we were looking in but also helped us understand the challenges we were up against in the very hot market at that time. I also must mention how patient and pleasant he was when I showed up with my 5 month old granddaughter to look at houses!

Lastly his beautiful wife, Maralee did an excellent job taking care of our mortgage needs.

Greg has helped my family with the purchase of 3 houses and the sale of one over the past 10 years. Each transaction had various special circumstances that we couldn't have worked through without Greg's excellent help and customer service.

In one case, we were out of town during a sale at the key time of inspections, etc. Our house was found to have some minor discrepancies by the purchaser that needed to be resolved in the short 2 weeks prior to close while we were out of town. Greg helped us get 3 contractors in to give bids, helped select the right contractor and ensured the work was completed on time. This is just ONE example of a number of times when Greg went above and beyond to help us with a smooth transaction.

I give Greg my HIGHEST recommendation.
