Greg Williams is the most supportive, knowledgeable real estate agent I have ever worked with. He walked me thru the process and held my hand throughout. He made excellent recommendations and saved my purchase of our house. He is wonderful to work with. He is kind and always willing to go the extra mile. For example; we closed today and Greg came over to my house and personally installed my Ring doorbell. Who does that? Well, Greg does. I would absolutely recommend him to any person looking to purchase a home. The best ever and for me to say that is something else. Thank you Greg for everything. Words to not state the positive and supportive impact you had on our purchase. I will always be a reference.

We absolutely love Greg! He helped us so much to find a nice house, in a nice area, in our budget, and from out of state. He was so helpful and on top of things when we were stressed during the escrow period, talking us through the process and helping mitigate any issues we had. He continues to help us get settled in the area, even loaning us tools, etc. to get moved in. Absolutely wonderful guy!!! And really knows his stuff!!! Highly recommend!!!

Working with Greg is a pleasure. We are in the middle of purchasing and doing it remotely(long distance) and Greg is the best. His insight into the market and the property locations is a huge help as we work through this process. He looks at the property for us and does a video showing with his knowledge and opinions on the property and value for the price. This is my first home buying experience and Greg came highly recommended by friends. I’m an out of state buyer seeking a home in Naples for myself and my father.

Greg is amazing. Responsive as heck. This market right now is as competitive as ever and Greg gets out to the properties I’m interested in fast! He records high quality videos of each property with narration about features as well as flaws, which is invaluable in my decision making. I have offered on houses sight unseen because I trust him that much.

Greg and his wonderful assistant Janice are there for me 7 days a week. He even answered my texts while away on a weekend trip. Who does that? Greg does because he goes above and beyond for his clients.
