Gregg did an awesome job selling our home in Keller, Texas. He went beyond the duty of a realtor. He staged our home and sold it before it was put on the market. We were gone in a month and half. When we first met Gregg it was when he arrived at our house to go over the contract listing. It was a cold February Day and, Gregg in his long winter coat and cordial smile, we knew immediately he was going to good for us. He gave us good tips on how to stage our home and suggested an agreeable asking price. He took his time with us and his personality was one of openness. We also had him take us around to look at homes on the market in our area of desire. He even went out on a limb and showed us a house not in the area we liked, but a good marketable home that had been renovated. We built up a friendship with him not just as a realtor but a longtime friend. We never felt pushed or coaxed to like something and he encouraged us to find what we wanted. It is a nice comfortable feeling to trust someone on a big investment like a home in selling and buying. Thank you Gregg for everything. You are a professional and remarkable man. Professional, courteous, sincere and genuine are words that come to mind when I recall our personal home buying experience with Gregg. While visiting from Australia with very limited knowledge of the Dallas real estate market, I was fortunate to meet Gregg while checking out one of the local Dallas golf courses. Following a brief conversation, Gregg gave me his details and, without being overbearing, offered his assistance for when my wife and I finally relocated from Australia. We kept in touch on a regular basis during the months that passed. Gregg always listened and refined his target area based on our conversations. On our arrival in Dallas, we spent a few days looking at different areas and home styles until Gregg finally had enough information to narrow down the target area. Gregg is a great listener and quickly identified what we required, both location wise and dwelling style. We arrived in Dallas in January 2014 and were living in our new home by early February. This quick turnaround would not have been possible without Gregg’s in depth knowledge of the market and his ability to quickly ascertain our requirements. Based on our experience I have no hesitation in recommending Gregg Manning to anyone looking to undertake the stressful experience of either buying or selling real estate. We have known Gregg Manning since the summer of 2005 from a random selection off the internet and we have known one thing since – that was our lucky day. He immediately devoted himself and gave so much of his time and expertise to us, we did not know quite what to think of it at first – but quickly learned – buckle your seat belts if you want to buy, sell or learn about real estate. Gregg not only helped us buy that home in Wylie, TX., he later sold an 11 acre rural piece of land in Fannin County in just a couple of months that had been for sale with a different local realtor for over a year. We honestly did not think Gregg would want to be bothered with this relatively small transaction, but I reluctantly called him more for advice than anything. But when we talked, he did not hesitate to offer his services and the sale soon occurred. In 2013, we had the pleasure of working with both Gregg and Marlaine. They teamed up, the great team that they are, in bidding on a nice HUD property in Wylie. Of course, we won the bid and now live in what we would consider a dream home, more than we ever thought we’d have. We moved to Texas from Oklahoma with my husband's new job, and only had about 24 hours to find a new home. We drove down and in one day Gregg showed us about 12 homes in Grand Prairie. Every home we looked at met the criteria we were looking for. We made an offer the next morning. Gregg was kind, funny, informative and extremely helpful. We were so impressed by his customer service and amazed that he had visited each home himself BEFORE he showed us! He pointed out key features that we probably would not have noticed on our own.
