Gregg Marzano, CHIA – Associate Advisor. He has over 30 years of Hotel, Resort, Restaurant and Golf Course professional sales experience. He brings an unique skill set to the hospitality real estate sector having personally provided property budgeting, feasibility, and market analysis work for over 3 decades.
He has led sales organizations for multiple lodging properties across central and eastern Pennsylvania, specializing in the repositioning of destination resorts, airport, center city and convention center distressed hotels.
Since joining SVN Imperial Realty, Gregg has underwritten and marketed over $70 Million in hotel sales, focusing on midscale select service properties for sale in PA, DE, NJ and NY. He is often requested to consult on hotel sales and valuations by regional commercial real estate offices not familiar with the complexities of hospitality assets.
He is a recognized instructor for AHLEI/STR Hotel Industry Analytics professional certificate program and serves on the Northampton Community College Hospitality and Tourism Advisory Board. Gregg is a board member of the Lehigh Valley Workforce Board. Gregg has served as an adjunct instructor at Northampton Community College teaching sales & marketing, resort operations, strategic leadership among other classes in the hospitality and tourism department.
