I have over 40 years of construction experience….from a $10,000 addition to over $25 million multifamily units. I have been involved in all phases of the construction process….from clearing the ground, through footer, framing & finishing. I have built single family & multi family units.

I have enough experience & knowledge to see problems that others don’t. I can give you information & suggestions on problems & improvements. I have been
involved in selling & constructing both residential & commercial properties.

I am licensed in both Ohio & Kentucky. I work FULL TIME as a real estate agent. 70% of agents work on a part time basis. I belong to the Cincinnati & Kentucky
Multiple Listing Services, the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors & the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors. I have taken numerous courses & have earned the following designations: Residential Relocation, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Residential Investment Specialist, & New Home Construction Specialist.
