Gregg is nothing shorter than amazing. He is so patient and never drops the ball. When I lost sight of what I really wanted and I wanted to give up about closing my house by Christmas….. His years of experience shown through with how easily he addressed any question or concern we had throughout our purchase (which there were very little concerns if any). I thought relocating from RI from south Carolina was going to take much longer, but I contacted Gregg, told him our plans, and we were under contract for our dream home within a week, and in our new home within 30 days (Would have been sooner if the sellers allowed).
