About Gregory

Gregory has been serving the Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe regions for more than two-decades. Gregory was licensed in 2000 and in 2008 upgraded his license to Broker-Salesperson. In celebration of his 22nd year in business Gregory once again upgraded his license to Broker and is now the Broker/Owner of Sierra Choice Realty. In addition to his vast real estate knowledge and professionalism Gregory is a remarkable leader. Gregory specializes in providing outstanding customer service and is never above listening to his client’s needs to help them navigate the real estate process. His sale history includes residential, improved and unimproved land, new construction and development property sales, multi-family and investment, commercial and luxury.

Gregory’s experience includes sales in the quad-counties: Carson, Douglas, Washoe, Lyon, and Storey as well as Mineral and Churchill.

From Lakefront homes in Lake Tahoe to Ranches in the Carson Valley and everything in between Gregory and his team are here to help.

Outside of real estate sales, Gregory is an active member of his community and building relationships in his community is a very important to him. Gregory is involved with the local Board of Realtors and has served as Past Committee Chair and Vice Chair of the Professional Development (Education) Committee; 2019 Douglas County Director, 2018-Present Lake Tahoe Community College Foundation Board member, 2024 State of Nevada Residential Real Estate Council (NVRRC) Network Director, 2025 NV RRC President-Elect & Finance Leader, as well has been a part of various community charity organizations with a focus on education, animal welfare, and seniors.

In his free time, Gregory enjoys the outdoors, game nights with friends and family, and spending time with his dog.

We had an amazing experience working with Gregory as our realtor. As first-time homebuyers, the process can feel overwhelming and emotional, but Gregory made the entire journey so much easier.

He was incredibly responsive and always available, no matter when we reached out. Whether we had questions, wanted to talk through different scenarios, or needed help understanding the next step, he was always there to guide us. His knowledge and willingness to educate us throughout the process made a huge difference.

We ended up viewing 22 properties and submitting 6 offers, and even when our early offers weren’t accepted, Gregory stayed positive and helped us learn how to strengthen our offers. He provided not only professional guidance but also emotional support when things felt discouraging. That kind of patience and encouragement meant a lot to us.

Gregory was also extremely flexible and dedicated—always willing to adjust his schedule to show us properties, stay up late to write offers, and make sure everything was submitted at the right time. He clearly understands how important timing is in a competitive market and worked hard to keep us in the best position possible.

Throughout the entire process, Gregory was trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right home. We truly felt like he had our best interests in mind every step of the way.
