Gregory Hillman

Greg has lived in central Indiana for more than 20 years now, raising a family in Westfield, and making Broadripple his home since 2014. The transition to urban life has been a terrific time and a great learning experience for him. Always having a keen interest in real estate and adding value to homes, Greg bought his first investment property in 2010 and remodeled it himself.

In 2018, he began investing in real estate full-time, buying, remodeling, and selling many homes. Additionally, Greg has more than 30 years in consumer product marketing and sales management. He most enjoys seeing a house evolve into a home in which he'd be proud to live.

Greg launched his professional real estate career with Carpenter Realtors in 2020 and brings a unique, seasoned, and discriminating perspective to helping folks in central Indiana find and buy or sell their homes. Whether they are a first-time home buyer, relocating, building a new home, an investor, or moving a growing family into a larger home, Greg is committed to helping guide them through the process from start to finish.
