Greg is an excellent realtor! Not only did he make the buying experience simple, his knowledge of the Baltimore area was a tremendous help as we were accounting for our different direction work commutes. We are just settling in to our new home, but when the time to sell comes, we'll be calling Greg. Who knows, maybe we'll look for a weekend getaway in Ocean City, if so, we'll call Greg for that as well!

Greg is hands down the best realtor in the entire Baltimore area. From day one, my experience with him was productive, honest, respectful, and positive. He listened to all of our wants and needs, introduced us to ideas we hadn't considered, helped guide us in the right direction when we started straying, and was there to talk through every single idea, concern, and dream we had about any of the properties we saw. He was always available and timely, and truly understood where we were at with our timeline as well. Whenever I would get a wild idea or throw an interesting listing his way he would hear me out, give me his professional advice, and would help incorporate those ideas into the process while still maintaining our best interest. Greg coached us through working with the mortgage company, talked through the values of different neighborhoods, helped us keep our sight on our end goals, and ultimately made sure the process was about us. I have other friends currently going through the home buying process who have had nightmare situations, but I had nothing but an easy, smooth, and fantastic experience. I truly believe it all boils down to the fact that Greg was our realtor. In the future, if we choose to sell the home we purchased, or invest in another property, Greg will be the first person I call (I still have him on speed-dial!). If you are even toying with the idea of some day buying a home, Greg is your guy. His patience, humility, honesty, and experience will get you where you need to go.
