In 1982 Gregory was admitted to U.C.S.D. and in 1986 he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and minors in music and visual arts. In addition, in 1991 he earned a Multiple Subject Professional Clear Teaching Credential from U.C.S.D.
His real estate career began in 1987 with Century 21 Sandpiper Realtors where he operated out of their Serra Mesa and Point Loma offices. From 1996 through 2001 he worked as a high school mathematics instructor for the Education Department of Western Australia in the city of Perth and its suburbs. At the start of 2004 he returned to the field of real estate and earned his Real Estate Broker's License in January of 2005.
Having a solid background in Economics and Mathematics has enabled him to successfully meet the numerous challenges of residential and commercial real estate. Since 2008 he has been a member of the highly successful Russell Elrod Group with Prudential California Realty. He specializes in commercial and residential real estate in Mission Hills, Banker's Hill, Hillcrest, Little Italy, Downtown, and Point Loma.
As a native San Diegan, with a very strong academic background, he is well-equipped to assist you in meeting all of your real estate objectives.
