We relocated from Maryland to Greenville. Greg Sundt took our requirements to search for a home within some tight parameters: location, budget and main floor living. He found exactly the right home, and helped to negotiate it to closing. He was willing to try some unorthodox methods to overcome obstacles as they arose. He is responsive and well set up to service out-of-state buyers. I highly recommend him.
