Greta recently helped my partner and me make our first home purchase. A nerve-wracking experience that she made easy! She understands the emotional side of the experience for a buyer and is a calming anchor every step of the way. At our first meeting, Greta took the time to learn our needs, wants, and dislikes for a home. The "rapid" first tour of many houses was so useful in learning the realities and options of the market in various areas of the city. She is very proactive and works diligently (and quickly!) behind the scenes to ensure all the pieces fall into place. Greta is also a top-notch negotiator, and our first offer on a home was accepted. Greta was fantastic in helping me find and purchase my home in a seller's market. She always responded to my questions quickly, which I didn't have many because she explained things so thoroughly to me. She was friendly and personable and made the the home buying experience a pleasant one. She would contact the mortgage broker for me when needed and really made that piece seamless. As we closed on our new home, I remember turning to my husband and saying, “You know, I’m glad we finally found our next home but I’m really sad we won’t get to spend as much time with Greta now…”.
