Gretchen Burleson

Raised in a family that had always “dabbled” in real estate, Gretchen grew up with an eye for incredible properties. She graduated from Rollins College’s Crummer School of Business with an M.B.A focused on marketing and brings an incredibly specialized set of skills to real estate, including the ability to leverage social media.

Her hard work, charisma, and true passion for business has helped Gretchen’s reputation as a highly qualified realtor quickly rise. She focuses on all aspects of the real estate business, from working with first time home buyers, scoring the perfect distressed properties, or providing assistance in the luxury market.

A Charlotte resident since 2005, Gretchen enjoys showing clients all that the Queen City has to offer.
