Gretchen E. Torres

Gretchen Torres was born and raised in Sussex County, while also living in Morris and Warren Counties at certain periods in her life. She is very familiar, all around, with our beautiful state of New Jersey along with the entire tristate area! She has been a licensed agent since 2002 while taking a short break from Real Estate sales to use her finance background and enter the mortgage industry where she was able to learn the ins and outs of the other side of the industry making her well versed in all aspects of the home buying and selling process! Community is very important to her. As an agent and a mother of four children she is heavily involved in the local schools and their fundraising activities, volunteering and contributing in any way she can. She believes in GIVING BACK to the community. For an example of "giving back" currently 10% of her commission proceeds go back to a local youth football program to rebuild their home field after first being vandalized and then ultimately destroyed from hurricane Irene. After years of being in the business she feels that the relationships she has made with businesses, agents and community go a long way in her success as an agent who will always be WORKING FOR YOU!!
