Greyson helped me look for a house throughout an incredibly competitive housing market. He showed me dozens of houses in person, did virtual showings, had his partners show me houses when he was pulled away, and suffered two small and very loud children throughout the process. He was nothing but patient, helpful, and positive, he never shied away from making another offer, was informative on competitive pricing, and the end result is my family and I purchased a very nice home.

One thing that truly separated Greyson from other realtors is he was very down-to-earth when looking at houses. He would point out flaws with the house, offer advice on how much work would go into repairs, but never tried to sugar coat what we were looking at. That kind of realism is not easy to find in this kind of industry. I never felt he was simply trying to make a sale, but truly wanted to help me find a house that would work for my family.

Between his patience and his realistic nature, I would absolutely recommend Greyson for any future home-buying endeavors.
