Guity Parsi

Guity Pari’s story is a set of principles she was raised with which has allowed her to sustain herself in the real estate industry for over 35 years. Education above all else and learning can not only grow oneself but it also benefit others people care for and love. Guity was taught by her parents that material objects and wealth can be stolen or lost, but no one can steal one's education and what is inside their mind.

Guity entered the real estate industry shortly after she graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Management and Marketing and has never switched from this vocation. She endured times that were unimaginable to most people. She does not believe in shortcuts or moving from a career when the roads are not paved. At the present time after 35 years in the same profession, Guity is in a steady place, dexterous and it is easier to help her clients get what is important to them.

Guity’s career started in Florida in 1983 when interest rates were at 22%. Despite an unfavorable market, she became an overnight success and one of the few agents in a corporation with over eight hundred real estate agents that reached the acme of her career. She represented CSX Corporation in most of their corporate moves, she also represented many builders and developers because they loved her creative marketing and management skills.

In 2007 along with her husband and her daughter, Guity opened her own company for many reasons but among the most important ones was to have a hands-on company that would allow her to provide the trenchant service she strives to provide and not have her clients transaction lost in perfunctory procedures. It is noteworthy to mention that she did not lose even one client in this transition. Every one of her clients moved their business and transactions to her newly found company, Parsi Group Realtors.
