About Gunilla

I was once described by another realtor as someone who would beat up a dead horse. In other words, I work hard and don't give up. I will find a way to put a deal together for my client because my best reward is a happy client! Finding the dream home for my buyer or obtaining the highest possible price for my seller are my highest priorities. I stay in regular contact with my clients and they become friends for life. I started working in real estate in 1984 after a career as a paralegal. Having a legal background has proven very helpful as I have some knowledge in contract law, real estate law and probate. I have testified in Los Angeles Superior Court as an expert witness in real estate. I also hold a broker's license. I grew up in northern Sweden and am multi-lingual (fluent in Swedish of course). I also have some knowledge of German, French, Spanish & Japanese. I serve the South Bay area of Los Angeles from El Segundo down to Long Beach and the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
