Gus Ruelas

With over 22 years of real estate experience in the Pasadena marketplace, Gus Ruelas has been a consistent top-producing agent. He serves as the Managing Partner of The Agency Pasadena team. Prior to joining The Agency, he was the EVP for Pacific Union International, responsible for 22 offices and over $12 billion in annual sales.

Gus holds extensive knowledge of the business, both on a global and local scale, which led to his decision to partner with The Agency to open the Pasadena office, where he continues to be a leader in his field.

Aside from his real estate achievements, Gus also serves on the advisory board of The Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation. He resides in the Linda Vista neighborhood of Pasadena with his wife and two children.
