About Gustavo
It still amazes him that he’s been in Austin since 1997 and an established realtor since 2007, watching everything from the skyline to the neighborhoods grow and change. He moved to Austin then to attend the university of Texas Masters of Business Administration Program. This was during a time where it was referred to the Texas MBA, before Red McCombs stamped his name on the graduate business school.
One of the concepts in his studies that resonated with him was the concept of a lifetime value of the customer. The relentless commitment by companies to continuously take very good care of their customers over time and simply doing “good business “. It was something that made a lot of sense to him and was married to his values. It triggers customers to take notice when they received uncommon, superior service. This is in large part what brought him to Socius Real Estate.
This desire to provide an uncommon and superior offer to clients is what pulled him away from his career at IBM to make the move to real estate. It wasn’t so much that he was after becoming a realtor as much as it was a desire to do meaningful work and to take very good care of people by guiding and advising them in what is often the largest and most important purchase of their lives. To work with colleagues and his support staff that aspires and commits to that same relentless pursuit of taking very good care of clients is what makes his job easy.
In addition to striving to be good help and a trusted resource for his clients, he is also the world’s best dad as voted by his very biased son Max! They have a lot of fun reading books, throwing the football around and enjoying many of the fun activities that this great city has to offer.
He always has time to help you or anyone you know. If you have friends, colleagues, or family members who would appreciate his services, please share this page or call him with their name and phone number, and he would be happy to follow up with them. It’s a good life!
