Guy Damecourt

Guy d''Amecourt is a Principal at Summit Commercial Real Estate, LLC. He has served both buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of property in Washington, DC and specializes in properties for embassies, associations, foundations, non-profits, law firms and bank sales. Prior to Summit Mr. d''Amecourt was with the DC office of CB Richard Ellis as a result of the July 2003 merger with Insignia/ESG, where he began working in 1991. Prior to Insignia/ESG, Mr. d''''Amecourt worked in the same capacity with Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster, Long & Foster Commercial Real Estate and Sothebys International. He has been an active real estate broker since 1972. Mr. d''Amecourt is a native Washingtonian and is an avid tennis, golf and billiard player.
