Guy G. Blake

Guy Blake joined Pyramid Brokerage Company in 2008 after 10 years as Vice President with Upstate Commercial Group, where he concentrated on sales and leasing of commercial and investment properties. Guy completed a BS Degree in Business Administration from New England College.

In addition, Guy completed the CCIM program and has been a CCIM designee since 2003. He is also a member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) and has held the position of Treasurer for the past 2 years.

Guy’s primary focus is in Investment, Self-Storage and Retail sales and leasing. He is a member of the Argus Self-Storage Sales network. Since joining Pyramid in 2008, he has completed over 50 transactions and ±637,800 Square Feet with a leasing/sales volume of nearly $25,000,000.
