Gwen Brindley has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent for 15 years. Beginning her real estate career in March 2005, she quickly made an impact on the real estate market. Over the last 5 years, Gwen has averaged over 25 closed transactions per year. Equally significant, the Prescott Area Association of REALTORS recognized Gwen as a Top 20% producing agent for the last 10 years. Since 2008, Gwen has excelled in the specialization of Short Sale transactions with a successful closing rate of 95%. In addition, she holds the prestigious designation of MCNE Master Certified Negotiation Expert. This achievement requires extensive education in the negotiation process. This training is vital to bring all parties to an agreement for a successful real estate transaction closing. Gwen’s ABR Accredited Buyers Representation designation is key to a successful transaction.
It is through excessive education, experience, and dedication to her client’s needs that Gwen can assist clients to achieve a successful sale of their home and a Buyer's dream of homeownership. Gwen is continuously remaining educated with real estate trends, serving as the Chair to the Prescott Area Association Education Committee in 2013 and 2014.
