They never tried to over sell me on something I didn't need, and when I mentioned a few address to a house that needed a lot of work, they let me know, so I didn't waste my time. I initially called Gwen because when I clicked onto her website, her smile seemed genuine and heartwarming. Silly, I know, but it worked out GREAT for me and my family. Gwen was relentless in finding properties that met our criteria. After a couple of showings, she was able to get a good picture of what we were looking for. She knew the areas we were looking at VERY well and was able to steer us away from properties that would not suit us. I could NOT BE HAPPIER in my new home. I referred Gwen to my uncle when he was looking for an agent to list his home and move into a retirement community. She sold his home in less than a week.
