H Jared Levi

H Levi is primarily responsible for managing Northway’s day-to-day development operations. Prior to joining Northway Homes, H was a member of Newmark Knight Frank’s capital markets team, where he specialized in the acquisition & disposition of commercial real estate assets across the Northeastern U.S. While at Newmark, he was involved in the sale and recapitalization of more than $300 million in assets. Prior to Newmark, H was a member of the investments team at Madison Realty Capital, a real estate private equity fund based in New York City. H is a graduate of Lehigh University.
