Haeyoon Jacobus is more than a realtor, she will treat you as family.
My husband and I started looking for homes in the early spring of 2019. Haeyoon would show us what was on the market in our price range, supportive of our desire to have a home of our own, but encouraging us to save and keep looking for the right place.
Save we did, and look we did, for over a year. Each time, the houses we looked at were improving in quality and comforts, but something about each one just wasn’t right. Our jobs changed, our desired locations changed. Waiting was the best advice we needed to hear. Haeyoon looked out for us, still showing us homes, inspecting the details, weighing each pro and con. She advocated for our best interests, helping us bid wisely and not in desperation in this seller’s market.
Shortly after the pandemic started, my husband and I learned our family was growing, and the need for our own home became even more evident. The search became increasingly difficult as houses started to go on the market and sell immediately and competitively. Haeyoon would show us multiple properties each weekend, voicing to us to stay positive after being outbid many, many times. She told us, “there is the right house for every buyer.”
Haeyoon went above and beyond, talking to sellers who hadn’t even listed their homes yet. Haeyoon networked and found us our dream home. Her communication and experience helped the buying process go so smoothly. As we now sit in our beautiful home and look around, it feels like a story book.
We truly feel blessed, as will anyone who has the privilege of working with Haeyoon to find their home. Her dedication and experience go beyond professionalism, as she works with the authentic care and guidance that she would for her own family.

She was upfront and honest about pros and cons of houses we looked at. She was quick with responding and helping to get us closed in 30 days.
