I have lived, worked and raised a family in Onondaga County. I have been married for 25 years and have a son at Onondaga Community College and a daughter in high school. Some of my hobbies are reading biographies, walking at the YMCA track and fishing.

Market Research - initial & ongoing evaluation of the competition, and evaluation of price & presentation of your home. This is perhaps the most important part of our job! Our goal is to sell your home- not to have your home be the one that sells the competition.
Typical client projects include strategic planning, business attraction and retention, site selection, real estate market analysis, feasibility studies, tech-led development, economic and fiscal impact analysis, municipal consolidation and shared services, and the assessment of organization and programs.
Marketing: preparing responses to Requests for Proposals in coordination with the firm principals, participating in interviews for projects, overseeing production of written content for marketing materials (newsletter, articles, content for website, etc.), measuring proposal success rate and identifying ways to improve proposals, attending conferences and special events, and generally building a network of professional contacts that helps the fir promote its services
