Haley is a very knowledgeable agent. She is patient, kind and always puts her clients needs at the top of her list. When looking for a home she'll help you find the home at your speed. I thought it was awesome when we went to look at homes, because Haley didn't just stand there and watch us look at homes and try to convince us that it was good for us. She understood that as buyers we were investing a lot of money for the home so she walked the home and also looked for any damages or issues that we might have missed. We were blessed to have Haley as our agent. Thank you for all your hard work.

I would just like to give a major shout out to Haley. I was really on the fence on whether jumping into the housing market was a good idea and needed someone who could guide me through the process and explain it in a simple and easy format. Haley did a phenomenal job providing us the detail of every step of the process from finding the right lender, right area of where we want to live and what to expect when going under contract. Haley was completely open and transparent during the process even if there were things that I may not want to hear. She was always available when we had questions and fought hard for us when we found the right house. If it wasn't for her we wouldn't be in the house we fell in love with. We have been working with Haley since the beginning of this year on the sale of our home and now pending purchase of our new home. Haley made the sale of our home such a stress free process. She was extremely informative throughout the whole process. She was also able to help us find our dream home that we cannot wait to close on soon. Haley Hart has been our Realtor for numerous transactions. She’s experienced, professional, punctual, and always works in her client’s best interests.

Our most recent transaction involved selling our primary residence while purchasing another. The marketing products Haley used to showcase our home were second to none. Professional photos, 3D walk-through, video walk-through, aerial photography. Our house looked amazing. We had 12 showings in only three hours, three offers, and sold for well over asking.

For our purchase, we couldn’t be happier with how Haley handled everything. The house needed work, and she was in constant communication with the selling agent on our concerns, and helped us negotiate a price reduction in a market where nearly everything sold for over asking.

Haley was the BEST! Very honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Her communication was amazing. She made buying a house fun and painless. She was sure to only show us homes we requested or ones that fit the profile we created when this process started. ADDITIONALLY, we received the same service on her selling our home. Painless and being sure everything worked for us. From pictures of the house to being sure the showing times worked best for us. She helped with the lender, the buyers agent and lender and everything in between. 100% recommend. I have used Haley as my realtor on 3 different transactions and all of them have been wonderful experiences. I am not an easy client. I have high expectations when it comes to buying homes and very often, I am not looking to compromise. Haley met this very challenging client with patience and continuous reassurance that our house was out there. She showed us endless properties and answered endless questions.
