Haley Paige has deep roots in Eastern North Carolina, with a family history spanning generations of fishermen, lighthouse keepers, and hardworking farmers from the Elizabeth City area. Born on the Outer Banks, she has lived in diverse locations—from the mountains of North Carolina to Greenville, Alaska, Florida, and even Panama. Yet, no matter where life has taken her, the Outer Banks has always been home.
She holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Tourism and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University. Before transitioning into real estate, she built a successful career in the hospitality industry, managing some of the Outer Banks’ most renowned restaurants, including TRiO Restaurant & Market, Blue Moon Beach Grill, and Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar. Her passion for supporting and enhancing the coastal community has been a constant throughout her career.
