On January 1, 2010, Hank began his career. At that point the majority of the market consisted of Foreclosures and Short Sales. Realtors were making a mad rush to exit the industry during the housing crash. Private investors as well as hedge funds dominated the market. I had no choice but to learn as quickly as possible how to negotiate and close short sales and foreclosures.
