The Broker/Instructor is Hank Thompson, or Martin Henry Thompson, III as licensed. Hank has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1998 and a Real Estate Instructor since 2003.
Even though he was born in Kentucky, Hank considers himself a Florida “Native.” His family moved to the Florida Panhandle when he was just a toddler, he was educated in the public school system and graduated from Pensacola State College and University of West Florida with degrees in Business Management. After a brief enlistment in the US Navy, he went into the family businesses of automotive maintenance and automotive tool and equipment sales. After the sale of those businesses Hank got a “real job” for the next 16 years working in management for Kmart Corporation. That job ended due to company personnel cuts in 1996 and the Real Estate Business called! Hank got his Florida Sales Associate License in 1996 and it’s been Real Estate since then! He’s been a Sales Associate, Broker Associate, Broker/Manager and now a Sole Proprietor Broker/Owner. Real Estate Education became an interest early in the 21st Century as an opportunity for recruitment and while useful for that, a real passion for teaching developed. While Hank still is an active broker and REALTOR his main focus this past decade and a half has been the education of new Real Estate Licensees. He operates Real Estate School of Florida in Pensacola offering Classroom and Online education to obtain and maintain Florida Real Estate Licenses. Hank has hundreds of satisfied graduates of his classroom and online classes.
