He coordinated hundreds of real estate advertising campaigns for local brokerages, allowing him to gain a distinct insight on how to effectively market high-end real estate. This position also gave Hank the opportunity to work closely with successful business people and develop a distinct connection to the pulse of the entire Treasure Coast.

Hank earned his Florida real estate broker’s license August 2018, which consists of 72 hours of in classroom intensive training of; contracts, brokerage procedures, residential and commercial appraisals, fair housing regulations, closing procedures, business valuations, real estate law, tax prorations and more. Hank passed a state examination (which has a 54% passing rate) and continues training in ethics and law
