As a first time home buyer, intimidated and overwhelmed, I had no clue where to start. My Realtor, Hannah Clotere, took me under her wing and guided me in the exact direction of my dream house. I was nervous and skeptical, and in general uneasy about buying a house, a big step for a single 28 year old woman. However, Hannah and her associates made the experience incredibly easy, and even exhilarating! Before I even knew it, I was living in my gorgeous home, and now I get to live my dream of creating a dance studio and running a wellness center out of it. I can’t fathom getting to this exciting new point in my life without her trust- worthy guidance. I highly recommend Hannah, and have complete faith that she will bend over backwards to ensure you get exactly what you dreamed of. In fact, it’s hard to get her to not work, as she even worked through her vacation! Thanks so much Hannah for all your hard work and help!

We used Hannah's services to sell our parents' home after they died. They had been living there for about 30 years, and that means things were really collecting and, since both of them were ill for a long time before they passed, the property was pretty neglected. Hannah came in and immediately started finding good things, good selling points about the property, and made really helpful and on target suggestions as to how to prepare it for sale. She also offered to help with some of the cleanup and hauling! She put together a beautiful photo tour of the house on her web page, she recommended a sale price, which we dickered with a bit before finally listing, and when she held an open house, we got an immediate full price cash offer on the house! (Even though it was considered the slow season for real estate, and we'd raised the price from her initial suggestion.) Throughout the process she helped us find contractors, facilitated all the paperwork (the executor of the estate lived in another city and the paperwork was done online), and was available to answer all questions we had. I would recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a house in this area. She was a joy to work with.

I met Hannah at an open house and discussed with her the type of property I was looking for. By the time I arrived home she had located six properties and had already emailed them to me!She is very knowledgeable, professional and communicated very well with us.She sold our home in four days and helped us find and purchase our new home. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
