Born and raised in the real estate industry, Hanna brings a concierge-level service to her clients as well as an informed expertise and proven results. Trained by her father and broker Jon Modene, she knows the real estate business inside and out and continually strives to exceed the expectations of her clients. Having launched her career in 2014, she works passionately to advocate on her clients behalf and is a tough negotiator in an equally competitive market.
Bringing professionalism, honesty, quick communication, and a love of real estate to the client relationship, Hanna continues to set new standards. She provides her finely honed knowledge of the industry to her clients and builds long-lasting relationships. Hanna has a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University and graduated Cum Laude with a background in English and ethnic studies. She currently serves on the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee at Northwest Ohio Realtors®. A Toledo local, she is passionate about her community and while her love for real estate fills most of her time, when free she enjoys cooking, hosting dinner parties, and attending local live music concerts.
