Hannah Smith

Hannah worked nearly three years for the local newspaper covering New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties. Her writing allowed her to travel to all corners of the Southeastern region getting to know the amazing people, businesses and communities that make this area so special.

She transitioned into real estate in 2017, and because of her strong work ethic and compassion to help people, her business flourished.

She has been working diligently in the new construction side of real estate, guiding clients through the semi- and full-custom process.

She truly values her relationships at church, with family and friends, and within her community, which contributes to her passion with helping her clients find their place to call home. When Hannah is not working, she's spending time with her husband Jason, an active duty military member stationed at Stone Bay, and enjoying her new title as "Mom" to her adorable son, Joseph.
