I met Hany via Zillow and only after a 15 mins convo I knew I wanted to continue working with him. I was a first-time home buyer, so naturally knew little about the process. Hany is very knowledgeable and understanding, he made sure to explain to me, walk me through every detail, and educate me every step of the way. In the end, I did end up purchasing the house I was looking for and it was an excruciating 7 month process! but Hany was patient and when I lost hope, he motivated me to keep going, to keep looking. I would highly recommend him, he is a very professional & great agent.

Hany Berhan is a true elite realtor. He is simply an outstanding professional in the residential and commercial real estate industry. He has an unique ability to see value where other realtors don't. We interviewed three other leading realtors in our area prior to meeting Hany. The other realtors lowballed our property’s potential sale price so much that we considered not selling, then we interviewed Hany. He saw the potential of listing our property at a higher sales price based on industry expertise. With persistence and attention to detail, Hany came through with the perfect buyer. Furthermore, our sale of commercial property had a lot of moving parts and Hany managed to juggle all the parts and individual personalities very well. All resulting in a very satisfying sale valued well above what a regular realtor would have envisioned…Mr. Berhan is stellar at his profession and is highly recommended.
