"Mr. Harmit Singh Toor" was the person from whom, we purchased our first house. He was extremely helpful, open, transparent and reliable throughout the whole process. He was always available to answer our questions and to show us the property, any time we asked for, clarify our concerns and advising us during each step. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker till the closing process. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times.

As our Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan officer Harmit Toor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price in year 2011. He was patient look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.

Then Harmit Toor sold our house and helped us to buy a new home. He also did the loan for our home purchase.

We just refinance our home for lowest best rate with him. The best part about working with Harmit was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.

We now consider Harmit Toor a friend and highly recommend him to anyone searching for a new home and loan.
