About Harold

Harold Huggins is in his 56th year in the business. He was President of the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS in 1990 and was the President of the Maryland Association of REALTORS in 1999. During 1999, he led a team that was responsible for the passage of the Semi-Annual real estate tax bill that reduced closing costs and gave more Marylanders the opportunity of owning a home. A constant professional and consistent producer, he has many professional designations that set him apart from other Realtors. He not only gets the job done but gets it done right.

Harold Huggins was elected as regional vice president of the National Association of Realtors in 2002. He served as the regional vice-president for Region 10 of the CCIM Institute for three one-year terms and is currently serving a three-year term on their board of directors. His peers have singled him out for this high position of leadership, which provides him an additional opportunity to keep abreast of the many changes constantly occurring in the real estate business.
