HIGHLY LIKELY TO RECOMMEND We used Harriet to list our home and help us find a new place as we wanted to downsize. When we got an acceptable bid, there were three contingencies--our buyers needed to sell their house, their buyers needed to sell their house as well and we needed to pre occupy the new house we were buying. Sound complicated? It was. It was difficult and stressful, but Harriet made it happen. She kept us informed and worked well with everyone involved.
