Harry was a wonderful realtor he was a great communicator and actually cared and wanted my husband i to find something that we were going to love and wanted to make sure we weren’t getting ourselves into anything that was going to cause us problems or extra money. We are first time homebuyers and he informed us on anything we were confused about, he made us feel very reassured and confident during the whole process he helped us find an amazing house and we just closed on it this week! My husband is on deployment and Harry was kind enough to offer to change the locks on our doors for us, he made sure things got taken care of on time, he was 100% honest with us and always made sure we were happy with everything. He has been so kind, generous and helpful we can’t thank him enough for everything he has done. We will definitely be staying in touch with him for when we sell in the future and recommending him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house:)

I’ve been a real estate paralegal for 12 years. I’ve also interacted with a lot of real estate agents throughout my years. I have to say that Harry is an excellent realtor.
Anyone can sell or help you buy a house. The critical time is that in-between time from signing the agreement of sale and the actual settlement. Inspections, lenders, appraisals, sellers, title, surveys, walkthroughs and the list goes on. Most of these are needed for a typical transaction and they all need to work seamlessly. Sometimes things don’t go according to plan and that’s where the agents true talents show.
The first and most important characteristic an agent must have is the ability to communicate between all parties. Harry has the ability to check in with everyone and make sure everything is running smoothly. He’s always coordinating with everyone to make sure that list of items are being met.
Second characteristic- ability to handle anything that gets thrown in or when that list of items goes a little off grid. Inspection issues, appraised too low, walkthrough issues- Harry has the ability to think fast and resolve issues. I’ve seen many deals fall through because the agent doesn’t negotiate or ghosts the issues. I’ve also seen first hand how Harry handles it with ease and negotiates with even the most seasoned agents.
Lastly, honesty. This is my favorite characteristic because I truly appreciate someone who doesn’t try to charm you or sell you something. Harry is honest and will tell you how it is even if it might not be what you want to hear. I can always count on Harry to tell me the truth. No games or guesses.

Closed on my 1st house today and I'm happy that everything went well. I'm glad that Harry was my buying agent. Throughout this whole buying process, he has always been extremely easy to reach. Whether it is Friday night or it is the weekend, Harry has always been very responsive. The one thing that I really like about him is that he is always well prepared and he always get things done. From scheduling inspection to making sure that the paperwork goes through, he always get them done quickly. Because of that we were able to closed in only 28 days which is pretty good. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Harry and I highly recommend him for anyone who is looking to buy/sell a house.
