Harry is a Principal of Commonwealth Commercial Properties and the Broker-in-Charge. He has been licensed since 1972 and has his contractor and broker licenses. As a native of Wilmington, he is an experienced commercial and residential developer in the Wilmington market, with commercial ventures including North Kerr Office Park, Oleander Business Center, The Courtyard on Oleander, and Arboretum Center. During his career as a residential developer, Harry developed Oak Landing, Woodridge at Old Towne, Grainger's Point, East Bank Landing, Whitehall, Greenville Manor, Stonebridge, Halcyon Forest, and Cedar Landing.
