Hasina Surtee

While I have officially been practicing real estate for a few years, my father also worked in the industry. He bought, sold and maintained rental properties for years. In many ways, you can say I was born into real estate.

My specialty is residential properties, and I enjoy helping people — including families — find their perfect home. In addition, I am an investor and work with investors to locate investment properties to flip or hold.

Events are my favorite pass time. Organizing and putting together meet ups are my passion. Our office has monthly events that I help organize and coordinate.

I was a part of National Charity League, which is a mother-daughter philanthropic organization. We supported and hosted charity events, as well as raised funds for less fortunate as well as grants for local high school girls by awarding scholarships.

My number 1 priority is I make sure my clients are set up to win in whatever environment we find ourselves in. I deeply enjoy learning more about real estate and how to best support my clients.
